These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (and the business you represent, "you") and DotAI, a customer-messaging platform operated by Coderythm Technology Private Limited ("DotAI", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the DotAI websites and the DotAI Agent, DotAI Desk and DotAI Gateway products. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DotAI provides AI-powered customer-messaging products across supported channels (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, web chat and SMS). Available features and usage limits depend on your chosen plan, as described on our pricing page. We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service over time.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and you must be authorised to act for any business you register. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, all activity under your account, and keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
We may suspend or limit accounts that breach this section or that put our channel partners' platforms at risk.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide or connect (your knowledge base, contacts, and the messages exchanged with your customers). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to operate the service for you. You are the controller of your customers' personal data; you are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary notices and consents for collecting and messaging them. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy and do not use your business content or customer messages to train public AI models.
DotAI connects to third-party platforms (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp) and relies on third-party providers. Your use of those channels is also governed by their own terms, and their availability, behaviour and fees are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual). Channel charges — such as Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees — are billed separately at actual cost and are not included in your DotAI plan. Add-on usage (e.g. extra message credits) is charged as described at purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; you may cancel future renewals and will keep access through the period already paid for.
We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the DotAI service, software and brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per your plan. You retain rights to your content as set out above.
DotAI uses AI models to generate responses and take actions you configure. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for configuring guardrails and reviewing outputs where accuracy matters. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or guarantee any specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify and hold DotAI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, your messaging of end-users, or your breach of these Terms or applicable laws/channel policies.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or our partners. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. fees owed, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeRythm is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless a different governing law is specified in a separate agreement with you. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; material changes may also be notified. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
